Non Urgent Issues:
Please submit all maintenance issues using the Real Page account online.
1. Log into your tenant web access (TWA) account.
2. Select ‘Service Issue’
3. Select ‘Add Service Issue’
4. Include all details of the issue occurring including location (bathroom, kitchen, etc.)
5. Click “Submit”- all service orders will be received immediately.
All maintenance requests will be responded to within 24 hours or sooner during business hours (Monday- Friday 9AM-4PM)- once the request is received
* Note: Please submit ALL service items in your Tenant Web Access account. This will ensure all service orders are recorded and responded to in a timely manner.
At Gold Zone Valley residents are responsible for the following utilities:
- Electric (Ohio Edison)
- Gas (Enbridge)
* actual requirement may vary based on location of the unit
If tenants are responsible for setting up and paying utilities and fail to complete the process, GZR will receive the bill(s), and bill back the property accordingly.
Tenants will be assessed a $25 admin fee for the first month and a $50 admin fee each additional month following.
We welcome your furry family members! There is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet upon signing a lease and a $35 per month per pet charge. There is 2 pet maximum per apartment.
